Our partner site at Rakehead in Rossendale (Household, Commercial & Industrial Transfer Station) is now open for business, accepting pre-booked green wastes, plasterboard, wood, organic wastes and other wastes for recycling. The site operates under a standard rules permit SR2008 No7.

Our Rakehead site has a large purpose-built waste transfer building and extensive yard area for storage and loading.

The Rakehead site enables Park House Services to offer a total waste management service to our customers. Well connected, with good road links to Manchester and close to our operational land bank, Rakehead allows us to offer flexibility to our customers and the ability to deliver on our deployments in a timely and efficient manner.

Rakehead Transfer Station plays an important role in Park House Services’ recycling operations, acting as a base for our waste to land operations where we can accept, process, store and bulk up suitable wastes and soil conditioners for subsequent deployment under our land spreading and reclamation permits.
